Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your SafeSpora account.

You can request deletion of your SafeSpora account at any time. Once deleted, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your account, your saved places, your report history, and all community contributions associated with your profile. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

Community-submitted safety reports, fuel prices, and restaurant ratings you contributed are part of the shared community dataset. These contributions may be retained in anonymised form (without any link to your identity) to preserve the integrity and continuity of community safety data for other users.

We may also retain data where we are required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — From the app

  1. Open SafeSporaTap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Go to SettingsScroll to the bottom of your profile page and tap Settings.
  3. Select "Delete Account"Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice. You will be asked to verify your identity before the deletion is processed.

Option 2 — By email request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please send your request from the email address registered on your account and include your username if known.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Send a deletion request

Email us from your registered address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Response time: Within 3 business days

Deletion completed: Within 30 days of confirmation
